Job Description:
As a Fire Watcher, your primary responsibility will be to monitor work areas for fire hazards and ensure that all safety protocols are followed during hot work operations, such as welding or cutting. This role is crucial for preventing potential fire outbreaks in high-risk environments. Even as a fresher, you’ll receive on-the-job training, making this an excellent entry point into the safety sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Constantly monitor and patrol designated areas for potential fire hazards.
- Ensure that all hot work operations comply with safety regulations.
- Respond promptly in case of a fire emergency and assist in fire-fighting operations if needed.
- Maintain communication with the safety team and report any concerns immediately.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Qualification: Any Diploma in Fire Safety (DFS).
- Height: Minimum 5’4 inches.
- Weight: Between 40 kg to 80 kg.
- Age Range: 20 years to 40 years.
- Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the role.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 100 Bahraini Dinar (BD) per month.

Food Allowance: 30 BD provided by the company.

Working Hours: 12 hours per day with overtime (OT) opportunities.

- Without OT: ₹30,000
- With OT: ₹35,000
