Introduction - Basic Knowledge
Overview of basic first aid concepts. Introduction to important body organs and systems. Practical training on how to approach a casualty and perform initial steps of first aid (DR SAB).
Time: 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM
Duration: 45 minutes -
Recovery Position, CPR
Practical training on recovery position. Hands-on session on how to perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
Time: 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM
Duration: 75 minutes -
Fractures (Bandages), Bleeding
Understanding different types of bleeding and how to manage them. Learning about types of fractures and appropriate management. Practical session on various bandages.
Time: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
Duration: 60 minutes -
Lunch Break
Time: 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM

Transportation of Casualty
Methods to transport a casualty safely without causing further harm.
