The Karam PN 45 (01) from Karam is incorporated with their Work Positioning belt PN 01. This Karam harness belt has 1 chest attachment D-ring and 1 dorsal attachment D-ring to arrest fall, 2 lateral D-rings for positioning and an extension rescue strap with top D-ring for rescue. The extension rescue strap is attached to the shoulder strap with the help of Velcro fasteners when not in use. Like all Karam harnesses, this one also has adjustable thigh and shoulder straps. There is an ideally positioned sit-strap for comfort during extended use. The Karam PN 45 (01) conforms to EN 361:2002, EN 358:1999 and EN 1497:2007 safety protocols. There is a dual colour scheme for shoulder and thigh straps to differentiate between them.
